Watch Dame Darcey Bussell, President of the Royal Academy of Dance coach Anya Mercer on World Ballet Day 2020. The solo Dame Darcey is coaching is the Pas de Trois, from Swan Lake, Act 1. Anya, who was a finalist at the Genée compeition 2019, was currently training at the English National Ballet School in London at the time this video was filmed.

Deborah Mercer

Deborah Mercer is a highly experienced and passionate ballet teacher.  Having trained vocationally to a very high standard, she is eager to pass on her knowledge and nurture the next generation of dancers.  Deborah teaches all levels of children and adults, from beginners to advanced as well as offering audition coaching.  Some of her students are now training at some of the top vocational schools and have been accepted onto intensive courses at renowned UK and international dance schools.
